July, Thank You!
July has been something of a chaotic month for me, as I have moved into temporary accommodation whilst I wait for the sale of my house to complete, and so there has been a lot going on. It took a little while, but I have finally set up my temporary studio, so I will be able to continue working and hopefully find a little normality within the current abnormalities!

No Net Ensnares Me Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There are moments when freedom means leaving something behind, not because it meant nothing, but because there comes a point when remaining tethered to what was begins to ask more of us than stepping into what might be. No Net Ensnares Me takes its title from Charlotte Brontë’s Jane Eyre, and from one of literature’s fiercest declarations of independence. I have always loved the idea that we can care deeply, carry memories with us, and still belong entirely to ourselves. That

Autumn Distance Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
Sometimes we encounter a phrase that changes the way we see something forever, a few words in a book can become attached to a colour, a landscape, a season or even just a feeling so completely that we carry them with us long after we have forgotten everything else that surrounded them.
Inspired by Thomas Hardy's A Pair of Blue Eyes, Autumn Distance is about those fragments of literature that escape their pages and become part of our own inner world. Words borrowed from anot

Half Agony, Half Hope Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There are moments when the heart seems perfectly capable of holding two contradictory truths at once. We can grieve what we are leaving while longing for what comes next, we can miss a place before we have even left it, feel sadness amongst excitement, and discover that closing a chapter does not diminish our hope for the one waiting beyond it.

An Ever Fixed Mark Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
Life has a habit of rearranging itself around us, homes change, landscapes change, people come and go, and the paths we thought we knew can suddenly lead somewhere entirely unexpected. Yet amongst all that movement, there are certain things we carry so deeply within us that they become part of who we are. An Ever-Fixed Mark takes it's name from Shakespeare's Sonnet 116 and is about those constants, not just love as Shakespeare wrote about but all of it. The words, stories, so

Feathers July 2026 Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
Moving house has a peculiar way of making you consider what it means to carry a life from one place to another. As I packed mine into boxes ready to move this July, I found myself thinking about all the things we accumulate that could never be packed away. The words we have read, the songs we have loved, the films we return to, the places we have called home, the people we have known and the memories scattered amongst them. Small fragments collected across a lifetime that som

Ode To June, Thank You!
I know that I start every monthly summary this way but truly I cannot comprehend the fact we are at the end of the month again! What a spectacular month June has been! I’m slightly biased because it’s my birthday on 20th June but even without all the festivities surrounding my 35th Birthday the month was glorious.

The Return of Night Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
Long before we gave transformation a name, the natural world had already mastered it; across countless seasons, life has moved through extraordinary cycles of emergence, disappearance and renewal, surrendering one form only to appear again as something entirely unexpected. The Oldest Magic explores metamorphosis as one of nature's most enduring mysteries. There is something almost impossible about the idea that such profound transformation can be written into the fabric of l

At The Height of Light Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There is a moment each year when the light reaches the furthest edges of the day, the longest day. For centuries, we have marked this turning point, gathering beneath the same sun to celebrate warmth, abundance and the extraordinary rhythm of a world continually moving around us.
At The Height Of Light explores the summer solstice as both celebration and threshold, hidden within the longest day is a curious contradiction: at the very moment the light reaches its greatest ex

Between The Eternal and The Ephemeral Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
We measure our lives in moments, while the world around us moves through rhythms far older than we can comprehend. There is something humbling about standing in the presence of the ancient and remembering how briefly each of us passes through the landscape. Seasons return, generations come and go, and still there are places that seem to exist beyond the ordinary boundaries of time.
Between The Eternal And The Ephemeral explores that strange meeting place between what endure

The Oldest Magic June 2026 Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
For as long as we have looked towards the sky, we have searched for meaning in its rhythms. The rising and setting of the sun, the changing seasons, the transformation of the natural world and the ancient monuments left behind by those who watched these same celestial patterns long before us all speak to something eternal: everything moves in cycles.
The Oldest Magic Collection explores that endless rhythm through the mysticism of Stonehenge, the fleeting beauty of transfor

May I Say, Thank You!
And so, we arrive at the end of another month. I can’t comprehend how fast May has gone. I swear I blinked once and now it’s the 31st.
There is a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment. Everything is packed up ready for the move and there have just been a LOT of changes and chaos. I have a newfound appreciation for not moving house. It is an underrated experience and I wish I had appreciated it more. Not being surrounded by boxes, what an absolute luxury, ha!

Still, The Sun Rises Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There is something quietly reassuring about the way the world continues to begin again. No matter what yesterday carried, morning arrives without asking whether we are ready for it. Another day unfolds, another horizon appears, and with it comes the possibility that life might hold something we could not yet see from where we stood before.
Still, The Sun Rises is about that quiet persistence. The reminder that endings are never the whole story, and that even after the chapt

Brighter Horizons Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There is a beautiful moment when we stop looking back to measure how far we have come, and begin looking forward to imagine how far we might go. Brighter Horizons is about that shift in perspective. The return of possibility after uncertainty, when the future begins to feel less like something to endure and more like somewhere we might actually want to go.

Where The Tide Turns Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
Where The Tide Turns is about that moment. The quiet shift when survival begins to become possibility, when strength returns almost unnoticed, and we finally begin moving towards something rather than simply away from what came before. There may still be uncertain waters ahead, but something within us has changed. Perhaps that is where every new beginning truly starts, not when the storm disappears, but when we realise it no longer decides our direction.

Against The Current Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There are times in life when moving forward feels like pushing against a force determined to carry us backwards. Against The Current is about the strength we find in those moments. The quiet defiance of continuing when it would be easier to surrender to the direction everything seems to be pulling us, and the courage it takes to choose our own path when the easier one has already been chosen for us.

Where The Tide Turns May 2026 Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
We may not always notice the exact moment it happens. But eventually, we look back and realise this was where the tide turned. April broke my heart, but May is here now, and as sure as the sun will rise and the tide will lap against the shore, I will thrive. So, figuratively and literally, this, for me, is Where The Tide Turns.

The Pages Remember Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There are stories that refuse to be forgotten. Even when abandoned to the wind and sea, their pages continue to turn, as though guided by unseen hands searching for a reader who has yet to arrive. The Pages Remember is a meditation on memory, forgotten knowledge, and the strange feeling that some books have always been waiting for us.

Unto The Breach Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art
There comes a moment when the wind has stripped away every certainty, and the only path that remains is the one that leads directly into the unknown. Unto the Breach is an exploration of that silent threshold, where resolve is forged not in calm waters, but beneath darkened skies. It is a reminder that courage is rarely found in the absence of fear, but in the decision to keep walking when the horizon can no longer be seen.
