Tiger February 2026 Framed Original Contemporary Digital Fine Art

My February collection is an exploration of the tiger; a creature that has always embodied power, mystery, strength, courage and undeniable beauty. To me, tigers are not simply animals; they are living symbols of quiet authority. They move with intention, with grace, with an awareness of their own strength. There is no need for noise or spectacle, their presence alone is enough.
Throughout history and across cultures, the tiger has represented protection, resilience and fearless spirit. In this body of work, I was drawn to that balance of ferocity and elegance, the way raw power can exist alongside softness, stillness and beauty. These pieces are a celebration of inner strength. Of instinct. Of trusting your own stripes. The tiger reminds us that courage does not always roar. Sometimes it watches. Sometimes it waits. But it always knows its power.
Drawing animals of any kind is something I'm still learning but I have challenged myself this year to push myself out of my comfort zone and to try new and more difficult things. As David Bowie once said “If you feel safe in the area you’re working in, you’re not working in the right area. Always go a little further into the water than you feel you’re capable of being in. Go a little bit out of your depth. And when you don’t feel that your feet are quite touching the bottom, you’re just about in the right place to do something exciting.”
