In Ancient Rome, Janus is the God of January, representing entrances, thresholds, transition, duality, and the passage of time. In her latest artwork, as we move into the final week of January, Charlie explores these themes through glowing sunsets and her enduring love of the female form.
As a proud pansexual, Charlie celebrates every identity of the human form, yet chose this moment to reimagine Janus as a woman, honouring the wonders of femininity and the way it blends so seamlessly with the beauty and mystery of the natural world
